Fresh fruit and vegetables - locally grown, wholesale/retail, home made salads, salad mixes, fresh hydroponic herbs, free range eggs, nuts, grains & salads.
Essentially Fresh Catering was launched in March 2013 when well known Townsville Chef Michel Flores purchased the Deli. The team are experienced in all areas of off-site catering and will work with you to create that special event.
